The GT20 model series is designed to meet the highest impact standards, being tested for 60 drops from a height of 2 meters (6.5 ft). This model utilises Advanced Scan Plus and Area Scan technologies to ensure quick and accurate barcode and 2D code reading, respectively. In addition to its reliable performance in both high-dust and high-humidity areas, the GT20 is able to effectively read codes that may have been poorly printed, smudged, or blurry.
